GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!! I booked an at-home pcr test from their website - and was contacted by Ken via whatsapp in less than 30min!! And this was even after 10pm at night!!! Way past their posted working hours!! Super easy to make the booking for 10am to 10.30am next morning and nurse Shyma James was there by 10.10am. All staff were super friendly and very professional, able to pay either cash or card and they are happy to answer ANY questions and very quickly too. Results were sent to me after about 8 hours (sadly a positive result). (190 dirhams for one pax/person)I highly recommend them!! Will definitely use them again for future if need be. It definitely saves having to stand in a crowded queue!!

My nurses from vital zone are expert when it comes to taking care of my newborn baby. I recommend their nurses to my sisters & cousins and we are all happy. I am very relaxed and stress free because of my nurses Ella and Anna.

In an unknown place scrambling for help when my mom got sick I stumbled across Vital Zone online. Working with Michelle from Vital Zone Home Nursing was an absolutely amazing experience. She responded to all my inquiries in a quick fashion. The doctor and nurse that she sent to our hotel were kind, caring, and truly wanted to ensure our needs were being met. Plus, our PCR test results came back within 12 hours, which was very helpful.

Really fantastic experience with Nurse Maria, management is very helpful & highly knowledgeable specially on making sure that everyone is safe during coronavirus situation. They observe precautionary & preventive measures during this pandemic. There is so much worries of taking baby service and this got my confidence back up and my head back into the right place for welcoming a newborn. Highly recommended. And a great team who supports all the way.
